Bishop Ron and Pastor Lorraine Estep founded River of Life Tabernacle on March 16,1975. With four small children in tow, our pastors relying on the faithfulness of the LORD- the certainty of the call, and a passion to see the purposes of God fulfilled in their lives- have tenaciously stayed the course. Celebrating 35 years of "Spirit-Filled" ministry in and from Havre de Grace Maryland!

They have ministered in open air meetings, tent revivals, national conventions, campmeetings, Bible Colleges, and the nations of the world- with a passion for God, and compassion for people.

On May 23,1999, responding to the call and prophetic word, Pastor Ron was consecrated Bishop by the laying on of hands of Apostle James Greene, Bishop Harry Lee, Bishop Jack K. Forbes and Bishop Huey Harris. He is a true father in the faith and has mentored many sons in the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, not only in the United States but also across the seas. Pastor Lorraine (Ordained on March 18, 1988) has been active in every aspect of both the founding and the leadership, of Christ the King Church, U.S.A. She has served in almost every department- from Sunday School Teacher, Worship Leader, Administrator, and now Pastor. Bishop says "she is a true Proverbs 31 Woman, and a real Mother in the house of God!"

Although our name has gone through a few changes, our vision has remained stedfast and clear! After much prayer and supplication, Bishop and Pastor Estep- along with the leadership of the church... felt that "Christ the King" would leave no doubt as to whom we serve, and to our mission of ministry! Therefore, we became "Christ the King Church U.S.A."

Bishop and Pastor Estep raised five children, Ronald, Phillip, Christian, Kimberly and Cheryl, they have seventeen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
